This place is a little hidden gem of a coffee shop! We like to try different coffee shops every time we travel, and this is one we will definitely be visiting again. Food and beverage: Excellent all around. We got an iced lattes with caramel and a hot lattes with vanilla. Both came out amazing! Coffee wasn't too strong or too sweet. A perfect balance. We also tried a cinnamon muffin and an almond croissant. They were perfection! I'm currently drooling just thinking about that almond croissant. Service: The 2 ladies working that day were very nice. They took our order quickly and answered any questions we had. Drinks and food came out fast. Atmosphere: The space was very well decorated and clean. We only stated long enough to enjoy our food, but I could see it being an excellent place to get some work done. If you're looking for a new coffee place, definitely give this place a try!

This place has been open for a while and after a quick drop off return at the UPS Store, I thought I would finally stop by. I'm glad I did. The place is just a lovely oasis in this busy Northridge Shopping Center. Clean, bright and oh so pretty. The Ladies are lovely and the food was great. I got an Iced Mocha and several empanadas for the office. Everyone agreed they were quite tasty and so artfully prepared!

The atmosphere was pleasant & suitable for a midday break, fairly quiet despite the afternoon although there were 5-6 people. I ordered a cappuccino and a blueberry scone, which were both enjoyable. My company had a variety of other pastries, and everything was fresh, not from a package. The staff was on fire. The cafe is definitely worth recommending for those looking for a nice coffee or drink & pastries in a nice setting.

Absolutely Fantastic! Vaella Coffee and Tea is hands down one of the best coffee spots I’ve ever visited. The coffee is absolutely fantastic—rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. It truly feels like you’re drinking real coffee from a real cup, which is surprisingly rare these days! I was also blown away by their breakfast pastry empanada—so fresh it literally melts in your mouth. The chocolate croissant was without a doubt the best I’ve ever had: perfectly flaky, warm, and filled with just the right amount of chocolate. And the pistachio cookies? Simply outstanding. Each bite was a burst of flavor and quality. But what truly set this experience apart was the surprise and pleasure of seeing people who genuinely care—about their food, their space, and their customers. The place is immaculate, and we received absolutely incredible service. It’s so refreshing to walk into a spot where everything is done with love and intention. Great job, guys. Keep it up! I can’t wait to come back again and again.

Beautiful cafe with amazing offerings. We had cold press juices, a healthy shake, the chai latte was delicious and steel cut oatmeal. We had the avocado toast and tuna and avocado sandwich to go which were fresh and bountiful. The staff were kind and very helpful. Can’t wait to try their lavender latte. Yum

Avocado toast was wow! Salt was perfect! Cortado was great as well. Matcha was good. Empanadas was tasty but a bit dry. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. They have a Simonelli espresso machine.

Very happy and welcoming team! Place was clean, beautiful and wonderful atmosphere. They also have seats right outside their window for you to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back for sure!!!

If you want to have a relaxing drink that also tastes great and delicious food this is your place. I recommend the Chai Latte, is the best. The empanadas are tasty as well.
